Here's a photo from a recent book signing in Milwaukee. Alton Brown is one of my favorite TV personalities. He's the host of Good Eats and the commentator for Iron Chef America. He's a food geek, and I can appreciate geeks. ;) In "Good Eats", Alton Brown discusses the science behind cooking, and frequently uses props to explain it. I highly recommend his shows, and "Good Eats" in particular, to anyone interested in science or engineering, or anyone just looking to be entertained while they learn something useful.
